Our Story
Founded in 2018, Aspira began as a small initiative by a group of Zambian educators and entrepreneurs who recognized the challenges young people face after completing high school.
With limited university spaces and few opportunities for skill development, many talented students were left without direction. We created Aspira to fill this critical gap.
Today, we've grown into a leading platform, having supported over 10,000 young Zambians in developing market-relevant skills, accessing scholarships, and gaining valuable life experiences.
